Bob Carrozza

Advisory Board Member
Bio

Bob Carrozza began his career in high-rise real estate development, joining his father in delivering Class A office projects throughout Dallas and Oklahoma City while acting over the past 20 years as President of Center City, Inc. Over the course of his early career, he had the privilege of collaborating with renowned architects including Frank Gehry and I.M. Pei & Partners. As his interests expanded, Bob became an active investor in startups and diversified equity opportunities, broadening the family’s investment portfolio beyond real estate.

Bob has long been committed to civic and charitable engagement. His leadership and service include roles on the Southwest Shakespeare Globe Center Board, the University of Texas School of Architecture Advisory Council, the Dallas Museum of Art’s Building Committee (Chair) and the Steering Committee of the Junior Associates, the Dallas Uptown Improvement Board (Chair of Capital Improvements and two-term President), The Dallas Assembly, and the Katy Trail of Dallas Development Interface Task Force, where he served as a founding board member.

He is also active in several longstanding social organizations, including the Dervish Club, the Terpsichorean Club, the Idlewild Club, and the Calyx Club, where he is a past President and board member. Bob is a member of the Social Registry Association of New York and Brook Hollow Golf Club. During his time at the University of Texas, he was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity.

Bob earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Texas at Austin and pursued additional studies at the Institute of Real Estate and Management, as well as at José Ortega y Gasset and Centro de Estudios de los Hispánicos in Madrid, Spain. He holds dual citizenship in the United States and Italy.

A lifelong Dallas resident, Bob lives with his wife Taine and they are proud parents of two children—one married with two young daughters and the other engaged to be married in April 2026. He enjoys spending time at his East Texas ranch raising Longhorns, hiking and skiing in Santa Fe, and traveling extensively around the world.
